About Myself

Since I was 17, I've been pursuing mobile application development and web development, both independently and through schooling. I started off building websites using content management systems like WordPress and Joomla.

Over the years, I've had experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, and MySQL, both as they pertain to content management systems and custom-built solutions. I'm experienced with Apache-based hosting platforms and the software that comes with them, like cPanel and phpMyAdmin.

One thing I've come to love about development is troubleshooting and fixing websites and mobile applications, both in live and test environments. Solving the puzzles of code you've never seen before to bring a website and mobile application back online is incredibly satisfying. In a similar vein, I enjoy performing routine maintenance on mobile applications and websites, as it allows me to catch problems before they appear, both from a functionality and security standpoint.

In 2021, I began a new venture in content creation, which exists alongside my web development work. Content creation has allowed me to explore new creative avenues like video recording and live streaming using software like OBS on platforms like YouTube and Twitch.

I've also had the opportunity to further my mobile app development and web development experience through creating and maintaining a website where I write guides and other articles. My work has required me to be a constant presence on social media. This not only means frequently communicating with people but also making sure the content I'm creating can be displayed and perform search engine optimization to ensure my content appears in search results when relevant.
