Software Engineer with over four years of experience of collaborate and building software, web and mobile applications for businesses, schools and contribute to open source. I work mainly in PHP and Laravel on the back end with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS and Bootstrap on the front end and Flutter with Dart for mobile. I have collaborate and built role-based management platforms, point-of-sale systems, content management systems and booking platforms and database design, deployment and maintenance on Linux cloud servers.
Open source is a large part of my work. I have been an administrator on Swahili Wikipedia since 2021 and have trained Wikimedians in Arusha and Kilimanjaro on contributing to Wikimedia projects. In 2026 I was selected as a Google Summer of Code 2026 as a participant with the Wikimedia Foundation! improving the Bulk OCR feature in the Wikisource MediaWiki extension contribution that helps volunteers worldwide transcribe historical documents faster and more accurately. Open to remote roles, contract work and open source collaboration.
Recent I also built and maintain a production blog and CMS with a responsive image pipeline, an ads manager covering 30+ placement zones and a full SEO and analytics stack.
